Are your watches new and authentic?
Yes, our watches are new and authentic. All of our watches come in their original manufacturer's box, including manuals and tags.
Do you size or engrave the watches before they ship out?
No, we do not modify watches. The customer can do this at their discretion, but please check the return policy if you wish to modify the watch.
Can you replace a band on a watch I like with another band from a different model?
We currently do not modify our watches as this can compromise a return or warranty with the manufacturer.
Do you offer wholesale?
No, we do not offer wholesale. But, if you a have a large order, please feel free to call us to check if there are any current specials.
If the watch is not in stock can I still place an order and have it held until you receive more?
We don’t backorder at this time. Orders can only be placed for items that are currently in stock.
Are you authorized retailers for all the brands you sell on your website?
We are authorized retailers for some brands. Please refer to our warranty page for more details.
What are your hours and days of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
How long do repairs take?
Depending on what may be wrong with the watch it can take up to 90 days. In some cases, the repair center may not have a tool or part on hand and they may have to order it. This can delay the repair-estimated time.
My watch return was received yesterday, when would my refund be applied?
Please allow us to process your refund within 3-5 business days after it has been received.
Is there a preferred method or carrier for returns?
No, the customers can return the watch at their own carrier’s choice.
My order was cancelled but I still see a charge on my credit card. When will the money be back on my account?
When placing an order the bank/credit card provider places a hold or authorization on the funds. We do not charge the authorization until it has been shipped. When the order is cancelled the authorization or hold should be released, but depending on your bank/credit card provider it can take up to 5 business days.
I submitted a cancellation for my order but I see it has still been shipped. Is there anyway that you can retrieve the package and refund my order?
Yes, we can retrieve the package and refund your order. However, we would need to wait until UPS has delivered the package at our warehouse in order for us to process the refund.
Do you ship on the weekends?
No, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
I accidentally submitted the wrong delivery address and I see it has been shipped, is there a way you can change the address?
We recommend customers to review the order confirmation email and contact us immediately if you see any mistakes. We can contact the carrier to change the delivery address, but unfortunately it is not a guaranteed service. The package might still be delivered to the address that was first given.
I placed my order today, why hasn’t it been shipped?
Orders take 4-5 hours to process. If you placed your order before 12 pm CST and no mistake is on the information you provided, there is a possibility your order will ship the same day it was placed.
I have checked the tracking information for my package and it has not moved in two days, is it lost?
If you ordered ground, which takes 3-5 business days, this is normal. The package will not be scanned again until the driver reaches the next destination. If you have ordered next business day or two business days and it is not over the weekend please contact us so that we can begin an investigation.
I chose the wrong shipping type and I see it has already been shipped. Can you contact the carrier and expedite the package?
Once an order has been shipped we are unable to rush the shipping. Carriers will not allow us to change the shipping speed.
My package has a ‘signature requirement’ but I will not be home to sign for it, can they leave it? I live in a safe neighborhood.
The carrier will not leave the package without a signature. We recommend this is delivered to your workplace or have someone in your home sign for it.
I didn’t ask for a ‘signature requirement’ on the package why was this placed?
For your protection we may require for items that are $300.00 or more to have a signature requirement. We also require for packages that are shipping to an apartment to be signed as well.
Can this ‘signature requirement’ be waived?
Yes, after your order has been placed please contact our customer service department and ask to have it waived. You will also have to email or fax our customer service department a signed letter which states that WristWatch is not liable if the package is stolen. If the package has already been shipped and a ‘signature requirement’ has been placed, it cannot be waived.

How long do international packages take to be delivered?
International shipping usually takes 3-15 business days. Certain restrictions on packages going to Australia, India, Mexico, and Russia can take up to 1 month to be delivered.
Do you offer expedited shipping for international orders?
Rules and regulations that must be followed before a package can enter a foreign country impede expedited shipping.
How much is the duties and taxes I will have to pay?
Unfortunately we cannot predetermine the taxes and duties incurred as they vary from country to country. You would need to contact your local customs office that way they can give you an estimate.
According to the tracking my package has been stuck in customs for three days, when will I receive it?
Customs clearance may take 3-7 business days depending on the rules and regulations of the destination country. If you contact your local post office or UPS they will be able to give you an estimate.
