WristWatch's Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Hence, WristWatch offers a 30-day money back guarantee.
To return a product, please contact our customer service team. Our customer service team member will issue an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization) number and guide you through the return process. Please be sure to read our return policy to ensure your product is eligible for refund.
To qualify for a refund, the product(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used products are ineligible for a refund. Products that are modified and/or re-sized are ineligible for a refund.
Returned items must be in original packaging including instruction booklets, warranty cards (not filled out) along with the packing slip.
WristWatch will issue a full refund including original shipping costs without penalty only if the return is a result of our error i.e. if the received item was defective, damaged at the time of receipt, or if the incorrect items have been received.
If a product is returned for any other reason, original shipping costs are not refunded. WristWatch inspects all product returned to its warehouse, and, if the item is found to not be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
For returned items, expect your refund within 3 to 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you'll receive the refund sooner. You will receive a notification e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
For the orders shipped outside US, the orders are non-refundable if the customers refuse the delivery. Customers receiving packages outside US are solely responsible for all the duties and taxes charged at the time of the delivery.
In case you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you need to exchange for a faulty item. Our customer service representative will provide instructions for how to return your purchase for an exchange. If item to exchange is not in stock, we will process it as a return and refund for the items returned.
If you simply would like to exchange for a different item and it is equal or lesser value, please contact our customer service. Our customer service team member will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and guide you through the exchange process.
If you simply would like to exchange for a different item and it is higher value than the original item, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
