We warrant all of our products to be free from manufacturers' defects for a period of one (1) month.

After the initial one (1) month period, if WristWatch is an Authorized Dealer for the brand of watch purchased, your warranty will be covered by the manufacturer (in most cases). If your watch requires warranty service, it must be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Warranty returns MUST be in the original box with all original manuals, warranty cards and any other materials that came with the watch.
No returns will be accepted with any missing items listed above.

In the event that WristWatch is not an authorized dealer, your watch will be covered under the standard WristWatch Warranty for a period of one (1) year and will be sent directly to WristWatch for any warranty service requirements.
