Shipping Address

Please provide us a physical shipping address. For security reasons, WristWatch ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

Please note: Any changes to the shipping address that you supply must be made before your order is confirmed. Any requests to change the shipping address after order confirmation will result in the $10 Address Correction Fee (see below for details).
**WristWatch does not ship Seiko or Citizen brand products outside the USA

Shipping Cut Off

Our shipping cut-off time is 2:00 p.m. CST.
If you are paying via paypal, the cut-off time is 10:00 a.m. CST.
Cut-off times apply only for US orders and only on business days.
International orders may take 2 or 3 additional business days to process the payments.

We ship products Monday - Friday only.
Shipping of all orders is subject to payment verification and processing.
If you are ordering in a hurry, please call our customer service (1-800-521-5568) to make sure your order is being processed.

Most orders are shipped the same day they are received - as long as your order is placed with all of the correct information, the credit card number is correct, and the item is in stock.

Your shipping address must be correct. If it is necessary to correct your address once your order has shipped, you will be charged a $10.00 change of address fee.
