Warranty Information

Your Chase-Durer timepiece is warranted only to the original owner, only by Chase-Durer Ltd., for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture. This limited warranty does not cover components such as crystal, bracelet, diamonds, buckle, strap, crown, batteries, wear to the case, or moisture damage if the watch is a non-water-resistant model or an alarm model or if the crown is not properly sealed. The warranty is invalidated if there is evidence of misuse or abuse, including defects related to servicing not performed by an authorized Chase-Durer service center.
